About our CEO

Jim’s career has covered numerous operating and financial roles in a number of industries. 

After graduation from college,Jim worked as a staff accountant at General Electric for three years. He later served as CFO of a national vending machine company, eventually sold to General Electric. Much of Jim’s career thereafter was spent in entrepreneurial ventures, including real estate development, where he developed any number of homes and other property. 

Jim frequently reviews opportunities for Tioga as circumstances dictate. 

Jim graduated from the University of Akron and received his MBA from Baldwin Wallace. Jim also taught business courses at a community college for 20 years. He currently lives in Charlotte.
